HD Online Player (mcr 200 Chip Software 56)

There is a growing need to understand the processes involved in the recovery of resources and mobility of the key players and their role in the context of complex biogeochemical ecosystems. The mcr operation board was designed to support the development of a single-system-view integration platform. This application is designed to accommodate the unique needs of biological resource exploration such as "omics" data acquisition, and visualization and analysis of geochemical and biogeochemical data. A biological laboratory that can provide reproducible experiments is critical to support the need for data integration and analysis. Data from multiple sources and systems are integrated into the same data model using custom services, while the mcr operation board facilitates the development of new resources within an experiment.

The reactors were sterilized by autoclaving at 121oC for 15 minutes. They were then connected to the gas sensors and put on a table in a closed room at 20oC. After sampling on days 0 and 3, 1.8mmolL1 NaNO3 was added to the reaction chamber of each reactor (day 3, 20oC), and nitrate concentration was immediately determined after the addition. To avoid a response to the adsorption of solutes to the poplar wood chips, it was washed with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) before the measurements. The reactors were stirred manually by hand. After the removal of the straw, the bags were replaced and the next reaction was started. Thus, the experiment was split into five parts: days 13, no NO3 added; days 46, NO3 addition every 24 hours; days 79, NO3 addition every 12 hours; days 1012, NO3 addition every 8 hours; and day 13, NO3 addition every 4 hours. This was performed to determine the nitrate and ammonium concentration in the absence of any nitrogen source in the reactors and to analyze the change in the concentration over time. On days 46, the frequency of the NO3 addition was reduced from 24 to 12 and 8 hours to investigate the effect of higher nitrate concentrations on the microbiome (Fig. 3). In the subsequent days, the change in nitrate concentration was analyzed.
